True to their word, the staff at Charger Enterprises had the 5th wheel "buttoned up" and ready to go at 4pm Friday afternoon. The roof looks wonderful, so much so that Robert climbed up and took a picture. Thank goodness for insurance, because the cost of the repair was probably half of the value of this poor old baby! We would highly recommend Charger Enterprises, the owner and staff for any RV repairs. They did an excellent job in a highly professional manner and delivered the finished work as promised. Since it was so late in the afternoon, we spent the night in the parking lot of Charger Enterprises and headed out Saturday morning. We spent Saturday night at a Shell Truck Stop south of Rockford, Illinois and will be on our way to Beaver Dam, Wisconsin today to visit some of Robert's cousins. We are going to make a small side trip to Belvidere, Illinois to check out Robert's childhood home and where he learned all his skills of getting in trouble as a kid. After some of the stories I heard at the reunion and from his friends in Port Clinton, it is a wonder he and his friends are even alive! It is a beautiful Sunday morning and should be a nice day for traveling.
