The Summer of 2010 Begins
The Summer of 2010 is fast approaching and we're getting anxious to get going. It's been quite awhile since we've posed anything and we hope to do better this Summer. As you can see, our blog has a fresh new look that should make it easier to track us as well as send us comments. Feel free to give us a SHOUT if you wish. We'll leave Superstition Lookout RV Resort on the 10th of April and go all the way to Queen Creek where we'll park at Rob and Steph's while I help Rob with some wiring on his Toy Hauler and he welds some some new leveling jacks on our 5th wheel. We will take a weekend and drive to Claremont, CA to visit Kevin, Romana, and the kids before we head East. I have to make one more visit to the Doctor for my final checkup and get all our RX's in order before we leave. We'll be leaving Arizona the week of April 30th and heading for Maumelle, Arkansas to visit Michelle, Anthony, and David Cipriano. From there the plan is to turn NE and head for Washington DC to have a 'one on one' with our elected Representatives to see if we can convince them to start voting our way. HA HA HA. Maybe we'll just visit the sights in the Nation's capitol instead. We've always wanted to see the Vietnam Memorial and there's a monument in NJ designed and donated to the USA by a Russian artist commemorating the 911 attack on the World Trade Center that we'd like to see. Then it's off to NY. Don't know yet but we may spent some time with Judy's brother David on the way or if not on our way up then return during our stay in NY since it's not far. We'll be parking at Michelle Dudley's while in NY and hope to help her with fixing up her house she bought last year. We don' know yet about the return trip at the end of Summer but Bob has his 50th class reunion in September that he'll try to attend. Haven't been to one since the 25th so it'll be good to renew old acquaintances.
