Judy has finally solidified her retirement date by signing up for Social Security. She will start drawing in June so her retirement will be official the end of May. It's a little scary but we decided we couldn't wait any longer. Things are changing at her work and some major changes are coming in their Health Care coverage. That was the main reason for staying there. Now is the time to leave. She's really getting burned out and is ready to retire. She deserves it and has worked hard all her life.
We put our resumes on a web site Sunday (Workamper News) we subscribe to for jobs around the country for people living in RV's. We have already gotten two offers, both in California. One sounds very interesting. It's a private resort in an area called Trinity Alps in N. CA, 18 mi back on a dirt road. We'll keep you all informed as to what happens.
